The California Medical Board has revoked the medical license of an Anaheim Hills doctor who has been charged with four counts of sexual battery for allegedly molesting female patients, according to a news report.
Dr. David Hung Do, 40, has been accused by five female Kaiser Permanente patients of touching them inappropriately during examinations. Last September, he was charged with four counts of sexual battery, and has pleaded not guilty.
The medical board found that Do engaged in sexual misconduct with three of the female patients, and an administrative law judge described him as a “sexual predator.”
