A 46-year-old Fontana woman has died after her car was hit by a Jeep in a two-car crash in Fontana.
The Fontana Police Department said that the collision occurred at Randall Avenue and Alder Avenue. Rosa Maria Rosales-Ortiz was driving a Honda sedan east on Randall Avenue when she was hit by a Jeep traveling south on Alder Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not clear whether the Jeep driver suffered any injuries; the cause of the fatal car accident is currently under investigation.
