A 41-year-old Fountain Valley man has been killed in a bicycle accident and police have arrested an Orange County man for felony hit-and-run.
Fountain Valley police said that officers responding to a call at Brookhurst Street and Eliis Avenue found Binh Ngo of Fountain Valley dead. Officers viewed surveillance video and identified a red Ford Mustang as the vehicle suspected of hitting Ngo.
Police later arrested Justin German, 25, of Huntington Beach, in connection with the fatal bicycle accident. German was arrested on charges of felony hit and run and police said additional charges are pending.
