A head-on collision between two cars on Lambert Road in Brea has hospitalized three people with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Brea Police Department, a car traveling west on Lambert Road crossed the center median near the intersection of Cliffwood Avenue and hit another vehicle head-on. Three people — the driver of the westbound car and the driver and passenger in the eastbound car — were taken to UCI Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Brea police said it was unclear whether drugs or alcohol were a contributing factor to the injury accident; the investigation is ongoing.
