A 50-year-old man from Orange has been killed and two other drivers injured in a three-car crash in Orange, according to a news report.
The Orange Police Department said that Steven Okamura was pronounced dead at the scene of the three-car accident on Chapman Avenue near South Yorba Street. Okamura’s vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle driven by Stephanie Marie De Rosas, 32, sending it into the intersection where it hit another vehicle and caught fire.
De Rosas suffered serious injuries and was later arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. A woman in the third vehicle was hospitalized with minor injuries.
