Two people riding in a bicycle lane in the Arlanza neighborhood of Riverside were injured after they were hit by a car, according to a news report.
Riverside police said that the two bicyclists were riding in the bike lane on Jackson Street near Audrey Avenue when they were struck by a car. They were taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
The driver fled the scene but later turned herself in to police. She has been identified as 19-year-old Yulissa Estrada of Riverside. She was booked on suspicion of felony hit and run. The investigation into the bicycle accident is ongoing.
