A 19-year-old Anaheim man has been killed in a Fullerton bicycle accident, according to a news report.
Fullerton police said that Rafael Correa, Jr. was riding his bicycle north on a bike trail at Morelia Way when he approached Bastanchury Road, attempted to stop but slid into the intersection and collided with an eastbound car. He was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange in critical condition and later died.
Police said that the cause of the fatal bicycle accident is currently under investigation; no charges have been filed against the driver of the vehicle.
