Coming up June 7, 2018, the Orange County Paralegal Association is hosting consultant, Phil Favro of Driven Inc. for a presentation on Hot Topics in e-Discovery.
2018 is seeing numerous critical eDiscovery developments that counsel should understand. Key developments include procedural issues regarding non-waiver orders and ESI preservation questions, technological advances influencing the discovery of relevant communications, and a new round of cyber-attacks and data breaches. This program will address these developments and spotlight best practices for addressing the issues.

The seminar will be located at Callahan & Blaine, 3 Hutton Centre Drive, Santa Ana on June 7, 2018 at 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. Event fees are $10.00 for OCPA members and $20 for non-members as well as for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered.
