An unidentified man suffered fatal injuries after he was hit in a Huntington Beach pedestrian accident.
The Huntington Beach Police Department said that a man believed to be between 40-50 years old was walking in the northbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway when he was hit by a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck near Seapoint Street.
The 56-year-old male driver of the pickup that struck the man stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. The investigation is ongoing.
