According to police, a man was killed in a motorcycle accident Saturday night in Santa Ana on Euclid Street.
The fatal motorcycle crash occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. June 13, in the southbound lanes of Euclid Street near Hazard Avenue
The California Highway Patrol stated that the motorcyclist was killed after striking a truck that was pulling out of a driveway.
First responders attempted to resuscitate the motorcyclist but tragically were unable to and the man died of his injuries at the scene of the crash.
The name of the man killed in the motorcycle accident has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. An investigation surrounding the fatal crash is currently underway.
