Nguyen Khoa Dinh was killed and two people injured in a two-vehicle head-on collision on Carbon Canyon Road in Brea on the evening of Monday, March 20.
The fatal car crash was reported at approximately 8:00 p.m. Brea Police Department officers responded to Carbon Canyon Road, east of Olinda Village, where they found that the vehicles were involved in a head-on collision.
According to police, Nguyen Khoa Dinh, who was driving one of the vehicles, sustained major injuries and tragically died at the scene, while the driver and a passenger in the other vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to two hospitals for treatment.
On Tuesday, coroner officials identified Nguyen Khoa Dinh. He was a 20-year-old Santa Ana man, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
