A three-vehicle crash left one person dead and one injured after a driver failed to stop at a red light early Tuesday morning in Buena Park.
Police received a call about the fatal car crash at approximately 6:00 a.m. Police responded to intersection of La Palma Avenue and Stanton Avenue and found three wrecked vehicles. The driver of a Honda, a man, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene while one other person was reported to have minor injuries which did not require hospitalization.
Prelimanry police investigations indicate that the crash was likely caused by one of the vehicles failing to stop at a red a light. It was not immediately clear which driver involved had apparently driven through the intersection against a red light.
