Reyna Bravo Cristobal was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle in Santa Ana, on the evening of Friday, April 16.
According to police, Cristobal was crossing First Street, west of Bewley Street, when she was struck by the vehicle, which was headed west on First Street.
Officers were dispatched to the scene of the pedestrian accident a little before 7:50 p.m. Friday and the motorist driving the vehicle remained at the scene to cooperate in the investigation. Police said alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
Paramedics rushed the woman to an area hospital, where she sadly died from her injuries.
