One person has died and three more were injured in a head-on collision on Cajon Boulevard in San Bernardino.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred when a white Nissan Altima and a black Chevrolet Tahoe crashed head-on at a curve in the road on Cajon Boulevard. The Nissan caught fire; the driver was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Two adults and a baby in the Tahoe were injured; one of the adults suffered major injuries. All the injured were taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment.
The CHP is investigating the fatal head-on collision.
