Six people have been injured following a 10-vehicle pile-up on I-405 just north of Bolsa Avenue in Westminster, according to a news report.
The California Highway Patrol said that the multi-vehicle collision was apparently triggered when vehicles traveling in the southbound lanes of I-405 crested a hill just north of Bolsa Avenue in Westminster and came upon backed-up traffic. One vehicle flipped over and nine others were involved in the crash.
One person sustained serious injuries and five other people were also injured. All of the injured were taken to area hospitals for treatment.
