A 31-year-old Stanton man has been killed in a Buena Park bus accident after being struck by a charter bus while walking on the 91 freeway, according to a news report.
California Highway Patrol said they received a call about a pedestrian walking in the traffic lanes of the 91 freeway near Beach Boulevard. The driver of a car going eastbound on the 91 reportedly swerved to avoid White, but struck him with the driver’s side mirror. The driver of a charter bus directly behind the car also swerved, but was unable to avoid hitting White, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
