Two people were tragically killed and three more were injured following a fatal crash in Anaheim Friday afternoon .
According to Anaheim police, the crash occurred at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Belinda Circle just before 2 p.m.. A white Dodge Charger headed east on Lincoln Avenue went through a red light at Belinda Circle and crashed into a Honda Civic .
Sadly, the driver and the front passenger in the Honda were pronounced dead at the scene by first responders. A passenger in the back seat was transported to the UCI Medical Center with serious injuries.
Police said both the driver and the passenger in the Dodge were transported to the UCI Medical Center with moderate injuries. Both the driver and passenger in the Dodge are 17-year-old boys.
Police stated that they believed drugs and speed to be factors in the fatal car crash.
