Authorities said the boy was playing on the walls when his head became stuck in a two-foot space that separated the walls. Firefighters from the Orange County Fire Authority’s heavy-rescue unit were able to free the boy by cutting a hole through one of the concrete walls and pulling the child to safety.
Firefighters said the boy was not treated at the scene for any injuries. The walls where he became stuck are at a neighborhood park at 4931 Howard Avenue in Los Alamitos.
