A 55-year-old Terra Linda woman has been killed and 26 other people were injured when a tour bus collided head-on with two cars on State Route 58 near Kramer, California, according to a news report.
The California Highway Patrol said that the bus driver lost control of the bus for unknown reasons and crashed head-on with a Subaru Outback and a Chevrolet Spark in the oncoming lanes of State Route 58. The woman who lost her life in the crash was driving the Chevrolet Spark and has been identified as 55-year-old Kristina Carey of Terra Linda.
Nine people suffered life-threatening injuries and 17 others were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. There were 26 people aboard the tour bus, operated by A&F Tours in West Covina, which was traveling from Fresno to Las Vegas at the time of the crash.
