Police report that a man and woman were killed after they were struck by a car while attempting to cross an Anaheim street Friday night, May 12.
Anaheim police were called to the 1000 block of South Anaheim Boulevard and found the two pedestrians in the roadway.
The man died at the scene of the fatal car accident while the woman was treated at a hospital but tragically died of her injuries.
Police stated that the pair was not in a crosswalk and was hit by a southbound traveling vehicle. The driver of the car was not driving under the influence and was not arrested.
