An unidentified woman has been critically injured in an Anaheim hit-and-run pedestrian accident, according to a news report.
Anaheim police said that a passerby found a woman believed to be 45 to 50 years old lying in the street on Stanton Avenue north of Beach Boulevard. Paramedics transported the victim to UCI Medical Center in Orange in critical condition, but her injuries were not believed to be life threatening.
Police said that investigators are reviewing surveillance video from a nearby hotel to see if they can determine the vehicle and driver involved in the hit-and-run pedestrian accident.
