A 25-year-old Huntington Beach man died at the scene of a motorcycle crash that occurred Wednesday on Yorktown Avenue near Waterbury Lane in Huntington Beach.
According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the fatal motorcycle accident happened early Wednesday morning at approximately 2 a.m.
Authorities said it was not yet known whether impaired driving was a factor in the fatal accident.
“Based on the preliminary investigation, the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Yorktown Avenue west of Waterbury Lane just prior to the collision,” police said in a statement.
