A multi-vehicle crash involving a pickup truck and a big rig left the pickup truck driver with major injuries on Friday on the 5 Freeway in Downey.
The pickup truck accident took place at 5:24 a.m. at Lakewood Boulevard resulting in the pickup truck driver suffering major injuries and being trapped inside their vehicle. The pickup suffered major front-end damage after striking the guardrail.
