An unidentified male motorcyclist has been killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the westbound 22 freeway, according to a news report.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the male rider of a Honda motorcycle was killed after being hit by a black limousine and a Ford F150 pickup truck on the west 22 freeway near Beach Boulevard. The victim was thrown off his motorcycle and into the carpool lane; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The CHP said the cause of the early morning crash was still under investigation.
