One person has been hospitalized with moderate injuries after being involved in a wrong-way collision with a suspected drunk driver on a 405 freeway off-ramp, according to a news report.
The California Highway Patrol said that the DUI suspect, identified only as a woman, was arrested after she drove the wrong way on the Fairview Road off-ramp of the 405 freeway and crashed with an SUV that was exiting the freeway. The SUV driver was taken to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana with moderate injuries.
The woman who caused the crash was not injured and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
