Coroner Identifies Motorcyclist, Yasar Barakzai, Victim of Fatal Costa Mesa Crash
Police identified the 22-year-old motorcyclist killed in a collision with a vehicle in Costa Mesa as Yasar Barakzai. Barakzai was identified by the Orange County Coroner’s Office Thursday.
