Ms. Quiroz, who had been standing in her front yard when the accident occurred, was taken to the hospital with lacerations, multiple fractures and other unspecified leg injuries. Davis was held at the accident scene by a group of bystanders until police arrived. Davis, who was uninjured in the accident, was arrested and later charged with felony DUI.
But that’s not all Davis got up to that morning. He was also linked to an earlier hit and run that took place at Euclid Avenue and Trask Street in Garden Grove. Thankfully no one was injured in the earlier accident.
At Callahan & Blaine, we specialize in hit and run accidents that cause serious personal injuries. Our firm recently won a $50 million settlement in a similar California hit and run accident case that took place in Dana Point. That settlement has been certified by West Trial Digest as the largest personal injury settlement in the history of the United States. When other law firms turned down the case, Callahan & Blaine took it on, and we are proud of to have won such an astonishing award for our clients.
Callahan & Blaine uses its 25 years of experience to accomplish record breaking jury verdicts and settlements. If you or someone you know has been catastrophically injured or killed in an accident, contact Callahan & Blaine for expert personal injury representation.
