Callahan also has the largest insurance bad faith judgment in Orange County history ($58 Million), and the largest employment settlement ($38 Million).

Daniel Callahan has given nationwide seminars on litigation and published multiple articles on litigation strategy and practice. He also has given seminars on jury selection and opening statement at local, state and national conferences.
Daniel received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Western Illinois University in 1976. In 1979, he graduated with honors from the University of California Law School at Davis, where he served as editor of the University’s law review. Dan later founded Callahan & Blaine on St. Patrick’s Day in 1984.
