Fullerton police said that Jorge Carrillo died after his 1991 Chevy Blazer apparently veered off the road and struck a tree in the 1500 block of North Harbor Boulevard. Police were called to the scene to investigate a report that a vehicle had hit a tree; investigators said they did not know the cause of the accident and an autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death.
Harbor Boulevard was closed for more than seven hours following the crash from Brea Boulevard to Bastanchury Road so police could investigate the cause of the accident.
