He was also a key member of the Callahan & Blain team when the firm negotiated a $50 Million settlement in a case against the City of Dana Point on behalf of two women who were struck by a motorist and rendered quadriplegic while jogging in a bike lane. This has been certified as the largest non-class-action personal injury settlement in United States history.
