Los Angeles, CA (April 16, 2024) – A deadly hit-and-run accident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, in Los Angeles, resulting in the death of a woman. According to police reports, the collision took place around 2:55 a.m. at the intersection of Tampa Ave and Business Ctr Dr. The female pedestrian, believed to be in her 30s, was struck by a vehicle while on the northbound side of Tampa Ave. The driver involved did not stop to offer aid and immediately fled the scene.
Emergency services arrived at the location to find the woman fatally injured. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and her identity has not yet been released pending notification of kin.
