Thirty-five-year-old pedestrian Dewayne Ratcliffe was struck and tragically killed after being struck by a car on the 60 Freeway in Riverside on Saturday, October 26th.
The 2011 Toyota Camry struck Ratcliffe at approximately 1:15 a.m., just east of the Orange Street Bridge which may have resulted in him also being hit by other vehicles on the busy highway.
First responders pronounced Ratcliffe dead at the scene of the pedestrian accident. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
