Eighty-year-old Raymond Tenold of Anaheim was killed in a crash Friday after his car was struck by a Dodge Ram. The other driver involved in the deadly collision is suspected of driving under the influence, according to police investigators.
On Friday, at about 3 p.m., a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 was driving southbound on South Raymond Avenue at a high rate of speed, according to Fullerton police. The Ram broadsided a 1964 Chevrolet Malibu SS, driven by Tenold, who was making a westbound turn onto Orangefair Ln.
The truck flipped and rolled over several times before it came to rest upside down in the southbound lanes of Raymond. Tenold was tragically pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
