A two-car crash in Santa Ana sent three adults and two children to trauma centers the evening of Sunday, September 19.
According to police, five people were sent to the hospital following the traffic accident, one of whom was in critical condition. Both cars were badly damaged in the crash, and the cause of the accident is being investigated by the Santa Ana Police Department.
The crash was reported at 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of S Lyon Street and E Edinger Avenue and resulted in intersection closure while authorities worked the scene.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
