Two people were killed and two were critically injured in a multi-vehicle head-on collision in Westminster on the evening of Thursday, November 21.
The fatal car accident occurred around 4 p.m. on Beach Boulevard and Hazard Avenue.
One of the drivers suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the same vehicle died later at a hospital.
Two more people were taken to hospitals in critical condition.
