An unidentified woman has been taken to an area hospital with serious injuries after she was involved in a Fullerton pedestrian accident.

The Fullerton Police Department said that the woman was hit by a vehicle at Brea Boulevard and Bastanchury Road. She was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries and her condition is currently unknown.

Investigators said they do not believe alcohol or drugs were involved in the pedestrian accident, and that the investigation is ongoing.
