A clay-products business was the scene of a tragic accident last Thursday when an 18-year-old employee became trapped in an industrial mixing machine and killed.
The man has been identified as Enrique Garcia-Vazques of Tustin. The Orange County Coroner’s office stated that first responders arrived quickly, but that preliminary reports indicated that Garcia-Vazques died before they could get there.
Orange County emergency services were contacted at 11:15 a.m.. They reported that the man had been working near the machinery when he became trapped.
An investigation into Garcia-Vazques’ death is currently underway.
