Seven passengers from Leisure World in Seal Beach traveling to a San Diego County casino were injured when the tour bus crashed near Valley Center, according to a news report.

The California Highway Patrol said that the bus was en route to Harrah’s Rincon Casino when it missed navigating a curve and veered off the roadway, crashed into a fence and landed in the front yard of a home.  The crash occurred approximately five miles from the casino; 15 passengers were aboard the bus operated by Silver State Coach Inc.

Seven passengers and the driver were injured; all were taken to area hospitals for treatment.  The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
