Bicyclist Barbora Kabatova died in Irvine Saturday morning after being struck by a car on westbound Jeffrey Road off-ramp from northbound 405 on Saturday, July 11.
Barbora Kabatova, 26, was riding her bicycle at approximately 9:45 when she was tragically struck and killed for reasons which are still under investigation.
According to police, a representative from the Orange County coroner’s office was called to the scene of the fatal bicycle accident where Kabatova was sadly declared dead.
Police are also reporting that one other person was injured in the accident taken to the hospital where they were treated for an unspecified leg injury.
