For more than 11 years, Kamran Salour has served successfully as litigation counsel for businesses and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial litigation disputes frequently involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, and unfair competition claims. Mr. Salour’s experience extends to cyber security, privacy, and data protection matters. He advises companies on cybersecurity compliance and defends them against claims of violating various privacy statutes, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). Mr. Salour is also a recognized expert in the frequent commentator on biometric privacy law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Van Ackeren has successfully prosecuted and defended cases for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, including trials and arbitrations. Mr. Van Ackerman was part of the trial team that just successfully obtained a 100% defense verdict in a class action securities matter.
