Callahan & Blaine founding partner Daniel J. Callahan appeared recently on the Orange County business radio program, Critical Mass Radio Show, to discuss the proper steps a business should take to ensure a successful litigation strategy.
In the interview, Callahan noted that there is a difference between a litigator and a trial lawyer, and said that less than five percent of litigators are good trial lawyers.
“Ultimately, every business case comes down to one or two points of law,” said Callahan. “The most important advantage a business can have when it comes to litigation is to choose an attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom, has experience in winning cases, knows the judges, what those judges like, how to present your evidence and how to win.”
Callahan’s half hour interview with Critical Mass Radio Show host Richard Franzi is now available online.
