1616A 51-year-old Garden Grove man has died after being involved in a Garden Grove pedestrian accident, according to a news report.
Garden Grove police said that Duc Thai was hit by a car in the 9800 block of Trask Avenue near Brookhurst Street. He was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange in critical condition and died at the hospital about three hours later.
The driver of the car involved in the pedestrian accident stayed at the scene and was cooperative with police; no citations or arrests were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
