CALLAHAN & BLAINE, APLC on behalf of its paraplegic client will file a lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court against attorney MICHAEL J. AVENATTI and others for wrongfully taking $4,000,000 in settlement money, which the County of Los Angeles had intended to compensate the client for severe injuries including paraplegia.
