A Santa Ana motorcycle crash sent one man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after the motorcycle he was riding was struck by an SUV, according to a news report.
Santa Ana police said that the driver of a Toyota Highlander SUV reportedly hit the motorcycle at the intersection of 1st Street and Maple Street. The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital with what police said were life-threatening injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, including the determination of which vehicle had the right-of-way. No arrests were made following the accident.
