A 17-year-old boy is in critical condition after he was hit by two vehicles in Santa Ana, according to a news report.
Santa Ana police said that the unidentified 17-year-old was crossing the street at 3500 W. MacArthur Blvd. when he was hit first by a westbound Honda sedan and then again by an SUV going the same direction. The boy was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Honda driver, a 36-year-old Santa Ana man, stayed at the scene and investigators said he did not appear to be impaired. The SUV driver left the scene.
