A 46-year-old woman with a history of DUI charges in Orange and Riverside counties has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run accident that injured three bicyclists in Seal Beach, according to a news report.
Seal Beach police said that Juli Ann Brown was driving an SUV on Pacific Coast Highway just west of Anderson Street in Seal Beach when she struck three bicyclists. She left the scene of the accident and was found a short time later on Pacific Coast Highway near 17th Street in Huntington Beach.
Brown has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drug with injury, failure to stop at accident hit-and-run with injury or death, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and causing injury.
The identity and condition of the three bicyclists is unknown, according to the news report.
