Three people have been injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles on Ortega Highway, according to a news report.
The California Highway Patrol said that a blue Dodge sedan was involved in a head-on crash with a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on Oretega Highway just west of the Ortega Oaks Candy Store. Three people were transported to a local hospital with major injuries.
An investigation into the head-on collision is underway.
