Two Injured in 3-Vehicle Collision in Brea

Two women have been injured in a three-car crash in Brea that also involved an SUV full of high school seniors, according to a news report.

The California Highway Patrol said that the crash occurred at Tonner Canyon Road and Brea Canyon Road when the driver of a Toyota Corolla entered the path of a Ford Expedition traveling north on Brea Canyon Road. The SUV swerved to miss the Corolla and crashed into a Dodge Dakota pickup traveling south on Brea Canyon Road.

Eight Brea Olinda High School seniors were in the Expedition, on their way to graduation practice at Mount San Antonio College. None of the students were injured. The driver of the Dodge Dakota was also unharmed. Two women in the Corolla were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
