Bicyclist Adam Nickelson, 30, of St. Paul, Minnesota died four days after he was struck by a car in Huntington Beach, California earlier this month.
Nickelson tragically died at UCI Medical Center Thursday, Jan. 23 due to injuries suffered following being hit by a 2016 Honda Civic along Beach Boulevard, near Indianapolis Avenue, at about 11:55 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19 in Huntington Beach.
Nickelson was found by first responders lying unresponsive in the street and suffering from extensive injuries.
The driver of the Honda Civic, a 64-year-old Huntington Beach resident, waited for and cooperated with police. The fatal bicycle accident is currently under investigation.
